EXCHANGES
Would you like a direct exchange for the same product in another size or colour? Please email our Customer Service Team at hello@taubudapest.com within 14 days of receipt.
Would you like to exchange your unwanted item for a different item or the item you like is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product? In this case, you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the size or colour you have selected, a refund will be processed instead.
If you have not indicated in the e-mail that you would like an item exchanged and the size/colour information of the replacement item, a refund will be automatically issued.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. When you return the item, we recommend you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received by us, your store credit will be processed within 15 business days.
We do not accept any sale items or custom-made products for exchange. 
 
 
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with our products. If not, let us know and we will do our best to fix it. If you have had a change of heart or are unsure about the colour or the size, you can always return the item within 14 days of receipt.
To start the return process, you will first need to email us at hello@taubudapest.com.
You can return any unworn item for a refund or direct exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order. Any item returned outside of the 14-day return window will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that have been worn are not eligible for a refund or exchange either.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will complete the return process within 3-5 working days. First, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed promptly and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5-10 working days. We will refund the original price at which you purchased your item.
