Refund policy

We hope you are happy with our products. If not, let us know and we will do our best to fix it. If you have had a change of heart or are unsure about the colour or the size, you can always return the item within 14 days of receipt.

You can return any unworn item for a refund or direct exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order. Any item returned outside of the 14-day return window will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that have been worn are not eligible for a refund or exchange either. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. When you return the item, we recommend you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Make sure to pack returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received by us, your store credit will be processed within 15 business days.
We do not accept any sale items or custom-made products for return. Returns and exchanges must include the original packaging in a reasonable condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will complete the return process within 3-5 working days. First, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed promptly and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5-10 working days. We will refund the original price at which you purchased your item.
