To start the return process, you will first need to email us at email@example.com.
You can return any unworn item for a refund or direct exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order. Any item returned outside of the 14-day return window will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that have been worn are not eligible for a refund or exchange either.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. When you return the item, we recommend you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Make sure to pack returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received by us, your store credit will be processed within 15 business days.
We do not accept any sale items or custom-made products for return. Returns and exchanges must include the original packaging in a reasonable condition.
Alternatively you can also return your product in person to our flagship store MARGOT - Irányi utca 10. 1056 Budapest - but you must start the return process in e-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org.
